My Approach
I am a holistic lifestyle coach. What the heck does that mean?
I work with women in search of complete transformation and freedom from what is holding them back, inside and out. I work to help people dealing with excess weight, stress. mood issues and digestive distress to create balance and calm.

I was trained and certified as a health coach (CHHC, AADP) by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
